Tambour Tambour is a French group built around three established solo artists, Syrano, Barcella, and Ordœuvre, who have performed more than 3,000 shows combined across their individual careers. Barcella, whose real name is Mathieu Ladevèze, is a singer-songwriter from Reims who won France’s national slam poetry championship in 2007, took bronze at the world slam poetry championship in 2008, and received the Prix Barbara from France’s Ministry of Culture in 2012. Syrano is a singer-songwriter and rapper recognized by the Le Mans Cité Chanson festival and the Printemps de Bourges festival. Ordœuvre is a turntablist and three-time world scratch champion. Together the trio blends chanson française, hip-hop, scratch, and pop into rhythmic, warm songs. Their debut album, Récréation humaniste, came out in 2025 and has been followed by a tour of more than 60 shows.
