Susana Ballesteros has one of the most recognized voices in the Spanish-speaking world, though until 2021, it wasn’t for her music. Her voice traveled the globe through voiceovers and dubbing for films, animated series, and apps like Google Assistant and Waze. The Argentinian magazine Clarín called her voice “part of Latin America’s sonic heritage.” Now based in Los Angeles, she shares her true sound through original songs that reflect personal growth and emotional clarity. Guided by an inner compass—finally her own GPS—she writes in her home studio using guitar, violin, or piano, always with a notebook, a voice recorder, and ginger tea by her side. Her debut single, “Ya me cuido yo” (Now I Take Care of Myself), became an anthem of self-respect and was featured on a women’s justice center mural in Puerto Vallarta. Susana now brings her music to audiences in Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico, the U.S., and Spain.

Her song “Respirar” (Breathe), produced by Matías Cella, is a gentle plea for stillness: “I want to breathe / Find a detour / A crack in time and float / Walk barefoot / Inside my heart.”
