Shahaf Shvarzman is a multidisciplinary artist whose work bridges music, ritual, and healing. Born in Israel, she has spent over a decade immersed in the spiritual and musical traditions of indigenous communities across Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, and Mexico. As a medicine woman, moon dancer, and ceremonial tattoo artist, she integrates sacred plant teachings, voice work, and ancestral practices into her creative path. Now based in Costa Rica, Shahaf guides voice activation circles and healing retreats, using music as a form of prayer and transformation. Her recordings, including Camino Sagrado and Mãe Divina, reflect her commitment to honoring the Earth, feminine wisdom, and the interconnectedness of all life.

Yo Soy” (I Am) is a meditative affirmation of selfhood and spiritual presence. Sung in Spanish, the song unfolds as a gentle invocation, inviting listeners to connect with their inner light and the divine within. With minimalist instrumentation and layered harmonies, it creates a spacious, reverent atmosphere. The lyrics offer a mantra-like refrain: “I am the light, I am the love, I am the truth.” Through its simplicity and sincerity, “Yo Soy” becomes a sonic sanctuary; a space for reflection, grounding, and inner peace.
