Pedro Pedrosa is a singer-songwriter from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He began his musical career
composing soundtracks for theater and participating in choral groups. He later formed the duo Pedroso&Pedrosa with Rafael de Toledo Pedroso, releasing two albums through Grimalkin Records, with a third in progress. In addition to music, Pedrosa is also active in visual arts and playwriting, which informs his songwriting. His first solo album, Passo o Ponto, was a family collaboration with his father, Quito Pedrosa (saxophone and guitar), and brother, Antonio Pedrosa (keyboard and piano). The album combines Brazilian musical genres with retro and experimental elements. Pedrosa’s work reflects a multidisciplinary approach, rooted in collaboration and shaped by diverse creative influences.
