“Baila” (“Dance”) uses dance as a metaphor for healing and moving on from a painful relationship. The lyrics reflect on a past love, describing emotional wounds: “Your chest was my refuge… such sweet love has turned into a wound.” The chorus offers a path to recovery: “Dance, dance, dance and you’ll see how the sadness, whenever it comes, will go away.” Sung in Spanish and French, the song combines elements of chanson and Latin rhythms, creating a soulful and emotionally resonant piece.
