Breno Virícimo

Breno Virícimo

Brazil / France

Born and raised in Santa Catarina, in the south of Brazil, Breno Virícimo’s musical journey began early, deeply influenced by his father and the rich rhythmic traditions of his homeland. His love for music, especially songwriting, guitar, and bass, led him to pursue his passion across continents. In 2010, Virícimo moved to Europe to further his musical education. Currently based in Paris, Virícimo continues to innovate and inspire, bridging cultural gaps through his music and fostering a dynamic exchange between Europe and Brazil.

On the light and summery song “Mar de Amor” (Sea of Love) Virícimo collaborates with singer Tabatha Fher who is originally from Vitória, Brazil. They met in Amsterdam during a recording session and decide to work together on this track. It's a romantic song that talks about the reinvigoration of a long-lasting relationship and the renewal of love. The song blends laid-back Jamaican reggae grooves with Brazilian MPB.
