“Lambs Bread Collie” is a tribute to the work of Cedric “Im” Brooks, the Jamaican saxophonist, composer & arranger whose ground-breaking 1970s recordings with the band Light of Saba have become cult classics among reggae aficionados. This instrumental track features Australian trombonist Jordan Murray and Savona on keyboards and bass backed by a band consisting of some of Jamaican music’s greatest living musicians: Sly Dunbar on drums, Bopee and Baz Turbull on guitars and percussion by Bongo Herman.
