“Øyeblikket” (The Moment) is from Kristin Asbjørnsen’s 2024 album Hjemveier (Ways Home), her first recorded in her native Norwegian. The song describes a sudden stillness, a calming pause found in the middle of a difficult moment. “Who are you / Who carries the moment / Between us / Where no harsh thoughts / Shout or fight / It is so quiet here / Do we strike against a wall / Of empty promises.”
