Habib Wahid is a Bangladeshi singer, composer, and music producer known for combining traditional folk music with modern pop and electronic styles. Born in Dhaka, he grew up surrounded by music as the son of renowned pop artist Ferdous Wahid. After studying audio engineering in London, Wahid released his debut album, Krishno, in 2003, which introduced a fresh sound to the Bangladeshi music scene. Since then, Wahid has become a key figure in contemporary Bangladeshi music, producing numerous popular albums and earning awards like the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Music Director for the film Projapoti (2011). His innovative style has not only modernized local music but also made him one of the most influential artists in the local industry today.

His track “Premey Pora Mon” (A Heart in Love) features an appearance by singer Debrosie Antrara and is a heartfelt expression of yearning, love, and deep connection. “In the depths of my heart so close so near / You’re kept here for this heart’s need / With you I wish to weave dreams / This longing heart seeks you again and again.”
