Arthur Cavalier (France)

Arthur Cavalier is a French singer-songwriter and guitarist who grew up steeped in the theater world. The son of a stage director and a set designer, he began formal music study at age eight before training in jazz at the conservatory. He toured for four years fronting the jazz-hip-hop group MIXCITY in Nantes, recording the album Transeo, and later performed internationally through the Alliance Française network, from Colombia to Pakistan. His solo work draws on influences ranging from French chanson and folk to vintage guitar tones and lo-fi bedroom pop. After his 2023 EP, Cavalier, and a run of 2024 singles, he released his debut full-length album, Les Eaux Troubles (2025).
