Over the last decade, Mariaa Siga has dazzled audiences with her remarkable musical journey, spanning from the Casamance region of Senegal to Europe. Her rise to fame began with early artist competitions in Senegal and led her to prominent stages, including The Voice in France and the One Riddim Contest hosted by French reggae label Baco Records. Along the way, she garnered nominations for the Victoires du Reggae and reached the finals of the RFI Discovery Prize. Mariaa Siga's musical prowess shines brilliantly, as her captivating voice effortlessly navigates Diola rhythms, blues, folk-jazz, and even roots-reggae inspirations.
