Orders are supplied as quickly as possible. The delivery times given are average, they are indicative only and cannot be assumed to constitute a strict deadline. If the product is to be supplied outside of the Netherlands, then the Purchaser will be liable for the payment of any VAT or import duties incurred.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. |
| Cancellation and Return Policy |
1- Your purchase is protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item. |
2- Items damaged or lost during delivery will be replaced as soon as a claim with the relevant carrier has been successfully resolved. However, you are required to contact our Customer Service within 14 days. Items that do not match their description or are faulty will be replaced or refunded upon return to the seller within 14 days of receipt. The economic responsibility is yours if products are damaged or missing during the return
transport. |
3- When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including delivery charges). |
