Just wanted to say that I applaud the folks at Putamayo for donating 100% of the proceeds of its French Caribbean CD to Wyclef Jean’s non-profit relief organization, Yele Haiti. I bought this CD years ago and am playing it to explain the link between Haitian music and the earthquake there to my three-year old son (who loves the CD too). Keep up the great work. Music is a great vehicle to raise awareness and address social and political issues.
